1. Service Scope
Our mobile notary services cover a wide range of documents including affidavits, acknowledgments, and business contracts. All services must comply with state notary laws and regulations. Any request that falls outside the authorized scope of notarial duties cannot be completed.

2. Notary Legal Disclaimer
I am not an attorney and, by law, cannot explain or interpret the contents of any document, provide legal advice, instruct you on how to complete a document, or advise you on whether you should sign a particular document. Doing so would constitute the unauthorized practice of law and could result in legal consequences including the loss of my notary commission, fines, or jail time. For legal guidance or document interpretation, please consult with a licensed attorney.

3. Booking and Appointments
Appointments should be scheduled in advance to ensure availability. If a change is needed, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests.

4. Fees and Payments
All fees are disclosed upfront. Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, or check.

5. Privacy
Your confidentiality is our priority. All personal information and documents handled during the notarization process are treated with strict privacy and are never shared, sold, or discussed beyond what is required by law.
